Alastair Gunn has B.A. honours from the University of Sussex and Phd from the University of Wakaito, New Zealand. He has published many articles and monographs, most recently on Buddhism and environmental ethics, genetic modification and media ethics. He had working on a number of projects at the Centre on areas such as the nature of civilized dialogue, ethics and sustainability and the notion of integrity, as well as a book on hunting, conversation and ethics. He has represented New Zealand at several regional meetings on environmental education at tertiary level.
